1. All text content, product pictures, technical descriptions, logo, graphic design, factory videos, catalog documents and webpage layout displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of ZCG Optic Fiber Communication.
2. Without our prior written authorization, no individual or enterprise may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reprint, extract or use the above contents for commercial or non-commercial purposes in any form. Unauthorized infringement will be pursued for corresponding legal liabilities.

3. Product Information & Quotation Description

1. All product parameters, pictures, specifications and introduction content on the website are for reference only. Due to product batch upgrading, mold optimization and customized production requirements, the actual delivered goods shall prevail in the formal sales contract signed by both parties.
2. Any quotation provided by our sales team through email, WhatsApp or website forms is only valid within the agreed validity period. Quotations do not constitute a binding sales contract; a formal proforma invoice or signed contract shall serve as the official basis for order execution.
3. We support OEM & ODM customized production. All customized patterns, logos and drawings provided by customers shall not involve third-party trademark and patent infringement; the customer shall bear all legal responsibilities for infringement disputes arising from customized content.

4. User Conduct Restrictions

1. Use malicious programs, crawler tools or hacking means to attack, tamper with website data, steal background information or disrupt normal website operation;
2. Publish illegal, violent, infringing, fraudulent, discriminatory or other harmful information in message boxes and inquiry forms;
3. Impersonate the identity of our company staff to conduct fraud, false quotation and illegal business activities;
4. Use this website for any illegal business activities violating local national laws and regulations.

5. Website Access & Service Disclaimer

1. We will strive to maintain stable website access, but we do not guarantee the website will be completely free from interruption caused by server maintenance, network failure, force majeure and other uncontrollable factors;
2. The website may contain links to third-party partner websites. We do not control the content and privacy rules of external linked sites, and shall not be held responsible for any risks and losses brought by accessing third-party links;
3. All information on the website is released based on objective factory conditions, and we do not warrant that all content is absolutely error-free. We will correct found mistakes in a timely manner after confirmation.

6. Order, Payment & Shipping Terms

1. Formal orders shall take the proforma invoice confirmed by both parties as the execution standard, including product model, quantity, unit price, total amount, payment method, production cycle and shipping method;
2. Unless otherwise stipulated in written agreement, customers shall complete the agreed deposit payment before mass production; the balance payment shall be arranged before shipment as specified in the invoice;
3. Shipping mode, freight bearing party and delivery time shall be confirmed in advance in the order document. Delays caused by international logistics, customs inspection and destination country policy adjustments are not within our liability scope.

7. Quality Warranty & After-sales

1. Our products pass factory inspection before delivery and comply with CE, RoHS and IP65 relevant certification standards marked on the product page;
2. For quality problems caused by original production defects within the warranty period, we provide free replacement or corresponding technical after-sales guidance; damage caused by improper installation, man-made breakage, wrong use and external force collision is not covered by free warranty service;
3. The specific warranty scope and period shall be subject to the formal order contract.
